Gorgonzola Stuffed Bell Pepper recipe



  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 3 1/2 ounces gorgonzola cheese
  • 3 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar requeijão cheese (Brazilian creamy cheese)
  • 2 slices white bread

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut open the tip of the peppers and deseed.
  2. Break the gorgonzola cheese.
  3. Grate the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Mix in a bowl, the gorgonzola, the mozzarella and ricotta.
  5. Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture and cover the tip with a slice of bread.
  6. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
