Gorgonzola Stuffed Bell Pepper recipe
2 red bell peppers
3 1/2 ounces gorgonzola cheese
3 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 jar requeijão cheese (Brazilian creamy cheese)
2 slices white bread
Let's get Cooking...
Cut open the tip of the peppers and deseed.
Break the gorgonzola cheese.
Grate the mozzarella cheese.
Mix in a bowl, the gorgonzola, the mozzarella and ricotta.
Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture and cover the tip with a slice of bread.
Preheat the oven to 356 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
