1.5 kg tenderloin
250 g smoked bacon
50 g butter
2 tablespoons of paprika
1 cup of dry white wine
1 small bunch of aromatic herbs
400 cc cream
Salt and pepper
Let's get Cooking...
Melt the butter and brown the bacon in 1 cm small cubes.
Add the diced meat and then the chopped onion, spice.
Cook for some more minutes, add the paprika, diced tomatoes, a little thyme and the wine.
Cook in an uncovered cooking pot for 1 hour stirring and adding soup as needed.
Integrate the whole mixture before adding the cream.
It can be served with white rice or the typical spaetzles.
