Goulash recipe



  • 1.5 kilograms tenderloin
  • 250 grams smoked bacon
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cup of dry white wine
  • 1 small bunch of aromatic herbs
  • Meat soup
  • 400 cc cream
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Melt the butter and brown the bacon in 1 centimeter small cubes.
  2. Add the diced meat and then the chopped onion, spice.
  3. Cook for some more minutes, add the paprika, diced tomatoes, a little thyme and the wine.
  4. Cook in an uncovered cooking pot for 1 hour stirring and adding soup as needed.
  5. Integrate the whole mixture before adding the cream.
  6. It can be served with white rice or the typical spaetzles.
