Lemon and Rosemary Chicken

Although simple to make, there's nothing basic about the robust flavor of this baked chicken.



  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 kilogram of potatoes into big cubes
  • 2 red onions into wedges
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 lemons
  • 3 rosemary branches
  • 4 tablespoons of thyme
  • Salt, pepper and peppers

Let's get Cooking...

  1. On a baking sheet place the chicken pieces, add the potatoes cut into medium size cubes, the onion in wedges and smashed garlic cloves.
  2. Cut the lemons into 1/4, squeeze to extract the juice on top of the preparation and add the skins.
  3. Spice up with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and capsicum.
  4. Cook in strong oven at 390°F for 45 minutes or until the chicken is ready.
