Grilled Pork Belly

A delicious grilled pork belly — pork liempo — that's easy to make and ridiculously yummy.



  • Marinade: 6 slices of boneless pork belly (3 centimeters thick) , 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 garlic cloves minced, 2 tablespoons of plum sauce and 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Sauce: 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar ,3 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 cloves of sliced garlic
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Chopped pineapple
  • Fresh kimchi

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Mix the marinade with the pork and let sit at least 30 minutes
  2. Grill the pork until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients.
  4. Serve with the Accompaniments (Lettuce, Pineapple and Kimchi)
