3-Ingredient Chocolate Truffles

You couldn't make easier chocolate truffles if you tried. (We tried.)



  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3.5 ounces dark chocolate, melted

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut into dates to remove the pit, but do not go all way the through. Repeat with remaining dates.
  2. Using a teaspoon, fill the center of the date (where the pit was) with peanut butter, and close it back up. Repeat with remaining dates.
  3. Its time to get messy. Dip the dates in the melted chocolate, coating all sides. Place on a drying rack positioned on top of a baking tray. Repeat with remaining dates.
  4. Place in the fridge to set for 20 minutes and then get involved with this deliciousness.
