Hot Chocolate Fudge

Indulge in creamy white and dark chocolate fudge topped with sweet mini marshmallows!

Ingredients

  • White Layer:
  • 3 ¼ cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate Layer:
  • 3 ¼ cups dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • Mini marshmallow bits

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Make the white layer:
  2. Place the white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minutes, or until melted. Mix well. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix to combine.
  3. Line a 9x9-inch square pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Pour the white fudge into the pan and smooth the surface. Set aside.
  4. Make the chocolate layer:
  5. Place the dark chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minutes, or until melted. Mix well. Add the condensed milk and mix to combine.
  6. Pour on top of the white chocolate layer. Sprinkle some marshmallow bites on top and gently press into the fudge.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, then slice into squares and enjoy!
