1 tin of chickpeas with 3/4 of its liquid.
2 tablespoons of tahini sauce
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 garlic clove (optional)
1 teaspoon of salt

Place all the ingredients inside a blender. Except the paprika.
Leave half an hour in the refrigerator.
Serve adding a small splash of olive oil and paprika.
