Indian Grilled Corn on the Cob

Indian spices bring big flavor to your grilled corn on the cob game.



  • 4 ears of corn, husked and silked
  • 1 teaspoon ground red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon amchoor powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 limes, split in half

Let's get Cooking...

  1. On an open flame, grill corn until charred on all sides.
  2. Mix all spices and salts on a small plate. Dip cut lime into spice mixture, and rub all around the surface of the charred corn.
  3. Enjoy right away!
