The key to a beautiful day is a lovely breakfast — start off your morning with pretty hotcakes.
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
Butter for greasing pan

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt and sugar. Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, and add eggs and milk.
Begin to whisk the wet ingredients, and slowly pull in the dry ingredients from the side, until batter comes together. Pour into a squeeze bottle.
Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat, and lightly grease with butter. Squeeze the batter into the pan in a shape of a heart and add lacy details to your liking. Cook for 45 seconds on the first side or until lightly golden, then flip over and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Remove from pan, and keep in a warm place until you're done making the rest of the pancakes.
Garnish with a sprinkling of powdered sugar, a drizzle of maple syrup, Nutella or various jams for dipping. Enjoy!
