Lasagna Cups recipe
1 tablespoon olive oil soup
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
7 ounces ground beef
1/2 cup of tomato paste
5 1/3 ounces cream cheese
1 2/3 white sauce
1/3 cup grated parmesan
9 ounces of mozzarella, grated
3 fresh sheets of lasagna dough
Let's get Cooking...
In olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the tomato paste and a little water. Mix well and reserve.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, white sauce, Parmesan and half the mozzarella. Reserve.
In a cutting board, cut 4 inches strips from the dough. Reserve half of the strips.
Cut the other half of the strips four ways. Reserve.
Line muffin cups with parchment paper. Cover the sides of the muffin cups with the dough strips. Place the smaller strips in the bottom of the cups.
Arrange a layer of meat filling and a layer of dough strip on top. Repeat one time.
Arrange the mixture of cheese and white sauce on top of the last layer of dough.
Sprinkle the rest of the grated mozzarella, place a chopped basil on top and bake it in an oven, preheated to 356 degrees, for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
