Leftover Rice and Cheese Pudding

Turn your leftovers into something to be proud of.



  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped and sautéed onions
  • 1 cup of cooked peas
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 cup of butter cheese cut into small dices
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 8 soup spoons of milk
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Mix the rice with the onion, the peas, the cheese and season with salt.
  2. In another bowl slightly beat the eggs with the milk
  3. Mix both preparations and split them on different little pudding molds or a greased oven refractory dish.
  4. Cook in a moderated oven for 15 minutes or until it browns and the cheese melts.
