How to make Lime Pie.
4.6 ounces marie biscuits
3.5 ounces butter
3 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
14 ounces cream (25 percent fat content)
Juice from 3 limes
3 egg whites
3/4 cups granulated sugar

Put the biscuits in a blender and pulse to ground the biscuits..
Add the melted butter and pulse to mix.
Layer the mix to a springform pan covered with wax paper. Spread the mix with your fingers to create an even layer.
Place it on the refrigeratos while the filling is prepared.
Add the sweetened condensed mlk, the cream and the lime juice to a blender. Pulse until the form a homogeneos mix.
Pour the mix over the springform pan and store it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until the filling is firm.
In a bowl, add the egg whites the sugar. Cook in a bain marie. Stir lightly until the sugar melts.
As soon as the sugar melts, use an electric whisk to form a meringue with firm peaks.
Place the meringue in a pastry bag and decorate the top of the pie.
Optional: caramelize the meringue with a blowtorch.
