Mango Kulfi Pops

These sweet mango kulfi pops are the perfect summer treat.



  • 1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mango pulp/puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 cups heavy cream, cold

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a bowl, add condensed milk, mango pulp, and cardamom. Whisk to combine.
  2. In a stand mixer, whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks just begin to form.
  3. Add condensed milk/mango mixture to whipped cream, and gently fold until incorporated.
  4. Fill Popsicle molds with mixture and allow to freeze for a minimum of 6 hours before removing from molds.
