  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tin or a bottle of 355 milliliters of beer
  • 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of English sauce
  • Coarse salt for the glass's border
  • Ice

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut one lemon in half
  2. Pass one half of the lemon through the cup's border. Make sure the cup is previously cooled so the salt then sticks
  3. Place the cup's border in a container with salt. Push the border towards the salt softly turning the cup around so the salt sticks to the border.
  4. Fill the cup with ice. Even though the cup is already cold, and the beer can be drank with no ice, this would give a fresh taste.
  5. Place both halves of the lemon in a hand juicer and squeeze the juice over the ice.
  6. Add the sauces for taste. Don't exceed, they are very hot and strong.
  7. Pour the beer in the cup over the ice, lemon juice and sauces. A lager type of beer is recommended for this recipe.
