Mired Beef recipe
2.2 pounds of boneless beef rib cut into pieces
2 medium onions, cut into large pieces
4 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons oil soup
1 tablespoon tomato paste soup
18 ounces of boiled cassava cut into slices
1/2 bunch chopped parsley
1/2 bunch chopped chives
Let's get Cooking...
Season the meat with the onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
In a hot pan, arrange the oil and brown the meat with onion and garlic.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato soup.
Cover with water and cook until the meat is very tender. If necessary, add more water.
Add half of the cassava and stir until dismantling.
Place the rest of the cassava, cook for another 15 minutes.
When you turn off the heat, add the parsley and chives.
