Miso Ramen Pizza


You've never had instant ramen like this — in pizza form with all the toppings we know and love.



  • 1 instant miso cup ramen
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams shredded cheese
  • 1 boiled egg, sliced
  • 50 grams corn
  • 30 grams bean sprouts
  • 20 grams menma (seasoned bamboo shoots)
  • 1 slice bacon, cut into small pieces
  • Chopped green onions
  • Chilis, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 packet cup ramen soup packet
  • 30 grams mayonnaise

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Take the soup packet out of the cup ramen and set aside. Open up the freeze-dried ingredients and add it to the noodles. Add hot water and wait until suggested time on the package.
  2. Drain the hot water out of the noodles with a colander. Put the noodles back in and combine with one egg and flour. Mix well.
  3. Mix together the ramen soup packet and mayonnaise to make the sauce.
  4. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place noodles on a flatten to a nice round shape. Top with 40 grams shredded cheese. Cover and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Flip it over and spread on the sauce. Top with 60 grams shredded cheese, corn, bean sprouts, sliced boiled egg, menma and bacon. Cover and cook for another 4 minutes.
  6. Serve with green onions and chili.
