1 1/2 cup canned chickpeas, strained and pat dried
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
1 cup frozen whole edamame
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 cup ruffled potato chips
4 ounces chopped chocolate
Ground chili flakes to taste
Raspberry Chocolate Bites:
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk and white)

Roasted Chickpeas: Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss everything together and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing the chickpeas every 10 minutes, to prevent burning.
Chocolate-Dipped Chips: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate in 15-second intervals, while stirring in between. Dip each chip halfway and place on a tray, lined with parchment or Silpat. While wet, sprinkle the chocolate with chili flakes. Allow to harden.
Raspberry Chocolate Bites: Fill each raspberry cavity with 1-2 chocolate chips.
