Mozzarella And Caramelized Onion Tartlets
How to make Mozzarella and Caramelized Onion Tartlets.
250 grams of 000 flour
1 teaspoon salt
125 grams butter
2 tablespoons of water
300 grams mozzarella cheese.
30 grams butter
50 grams sugar

Form a sandblaster with the sifted flour, salt and cold butter.
Form a crown with that and in the middle place 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of water.
Make the dough. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the caramelized onions.
In a pan place the butter and melt. Add the onions cut in juliennes and the sugar.
Cook at moderate fire for approximately 20 minutes.
Sheathe the tartlets molds with the dough. Pinch and cover with aluminium foil and add a load element such as chickpeas.
Cook for 15 minutes. Then remove the load element and remove from oven.
In a bowl add the diced mozzarella, 2 eggs, cream cheese, oregano, salt, pepper and caramelized onions.
Pour the preparation on the tartlets.
Cook approximately for 15 minutes in the oven.
