Naked Spicy Beef Hotdog In A Bun

  • 180 grams Ground beef
  • 1/3 cup Red Onions, sliced thinly
  • 3 teaspoons Harissa
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne
  • Coriander, chopped
  • Hot dog bun

Let's get Cooking...

  1. In a saute pan, caramelize red onions slowly in olive oil. Season with salt. Until soft.
  2. For the sausage, mix the harissa, paprika, cumin, coriander powder and salt with the ground beef.
  3. Shape the mix into a sausage patty.
  4. Panfry the hotdog slowly, on low heat, with some olive oil. Making sure all sides are cooked.
  5. Take the onions out. Toast the hotdog bun in the same pan as the onions, with some butter if youre feeling naughty.
  6. Spread the mustard on the toasted bun and add the sausage. Top it with the caramelized onions and chopped coriander.
