One-Pot Creamy Cheese Pasta


They'll think you spent hours on this simple but fancy AF one-pot dish.



  • 2 slices bacon
  • 40 grams shimeji mushrooms
  • 30 grams broccoli
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 400 milliliters milk
  • 50 grams shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • 80 grams spaghetti noodles (broken in half)
  • Salt

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut bacon into 1 centimeter pieces and separate shimeji mushrooms. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and cook the bacon and garlic over low heat until fragrant. Add milk and bring to boil. Add in the spaghetti noodles and salt.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes less than the required cooking time , stirring occasionally to prevent noodles from sticking. Add in the shimeji, broccoli and shredded cheese.
  4. Season with more salt if necessary. Serve with fresh black pepper.
