Onion Tart

Caramelized onions baked into a creamy tart are the stuff of savory dreams.



  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams crumbled feta
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 20 grams melted butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cream

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Pour the melted butter in a hot pan. Arrange the sliced onions and brown. Place in a bowl the cream, add the eggs, a little salt and pepper and mix.
  2. Place the dough in a pan and add the crumbled feta, then pour the cream mixture. Add the browned onion slices.
  3. Bake at 200°C/400°F for 40 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
