Parisienne Pie recipe
5 1/3 ounces corn flour biscuit
2 1/2 butter
1 1/4 cup milk
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup strawberry jelly
1 tablespoon water
7 ounces heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
Let's get Cooking...
Grind the cookies in the food processor. Add the melted butter and process again.
Layer the mixture in the bottom of a pan and store in the refrigerator.
In a saucepan, add milk, egg yolks and vanilla and cook over low heat. Stir until thickened and let it cool.
Pour the cream into the pan.
Dissolve the strawberry jelly with 1 tablespoon water. Reserve.
Cover the cream with the jelly. Place it in the fridge.
Beat cream and sugar to obtain whipped cream.
Decorate the cake with whipped cream and put berries fruit on top.
