100 grams soba noodles
5 cherry tomatoes

Bring a pot of water to a boil, and cook the soba noodles according to packet instructions.
While the noodles are cooking, mix together the ingredients to make the sauce.
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half, shred the cabbage, and chop the pepper into bite size pieces. Drizzle with sesame oil and salt to taste.
When the noodles have been cooked, strain them immediately and cool in ice water. Strain again, arrange on a plate with the noodles to one side, vegetables on the other, and sauce in a dish on the side.
