The Perfect Poached Egg

Achieving delicious poached egg perfection is easier than you think.



  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 egg

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Bring a small pot of water to boil, then add vinegar.
  2. Break egg close to the water, letting it fall into water without splashing.
  3. Cook for about 4 minutes. If water begins to foam, reduce heat.
  4. Remove egg from water, and enjoy!
