Pickled Garlic

How to make Pickled Garlic, quick and easy.



  • 1/4 pounds peeled whole garlic cloves
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cups champagne
  • 1/4 tablespoons smoked sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, divided
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed, divided
  • 1 small bunch of oregano
  • 8 black peppercorn
  • 1 bay leaves

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Add all the garlic to a mason jar.
  2. Into a sauce pot, combine white vinegar, champagne, smoked sea salt, sugar, red pepper flakes, celery seed, oregano, and peppercorns bring to a boil, then simmer for 4 minutes.
  3. Pour over over garlic and seal.
  4. Store in refrigerator or on shelf for up to 2 months.
