How to make Pickled Garlic, quick and easy.
1/4 pounds peeled whole garlic cloves
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cups champagne
1/4 tablespoons smoked sea salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, divided
1 teaspoon celery seed, divided
1 small bunch of oregano
8 black peppercorn
1 bay leaves
Let's get Cooking...
Add all the garlic to a mason jar.
Into a sauce pot, combine white vinegar, champagne, smoked sea salt, sugar, red pepper flakes, celery seed, oregano, and peppercorns bring to a boil, then simmer for 4 minutes.
Pour over over garlic and seal.
Store in refrigerator or on shelf for up to 2 months.
