How to make Pork and Vegetable Mille Feuille.
1/4 pound pork belly, sliced thinly
1 small potato
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon mirin

Slice the eggplant, potatoes and tomato.
Cut the pork belly into smaller pieces and combine with soy sauce, mirin and salt.
Line the eggplant slices, potatoes, tomatoes and meat in an oven-proof skillet. Repeat until ingredients have been used up.
Top with shredded cheese
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F or until lightly browned on top. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
