Pork Sirloin With Plum Jam
A little sweet and a lot of savory is the winning combo.
2 pork sirloins
240 milliliters of beer
2 garlic cloves
8 tablespoons of plum jam
4 medium potatoes
10 grams of butter
8 tablespoons of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Nutmeg and ginger to taste
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Let's get Cooking...
Crush the garlic cloves and brown in hot oil to increase their flavor.
In that same pan brown the pork sirloin on both sides previously seasoned
Sprinkle with powdered ginger and add the beer.
When the beer reduces to half its amount add the plum jam
Move the pork sirloin so that the mixture thickens.
Form some mashed potatoes, season with nutmeg, milk and butter.
