Potato Tortilla


This Spanish 'omelette' is popular across the country and a quick and easy way to use up leftover potatoes and eggs.



  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • Paprika to taste
  • Red sausage (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Parsley to taste
  • 6 eggs

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut potatos into thin slices.
  2. Fry without browning.
  3. Sweat onion in olive oil and add garlic.
  4. Mix the potatoes with the onion and the eggs.
  5. Add salt/pepper.
