Powdered Milk Cake

Blend up a light and fluffy dessert with some surprisingly sweet ingredients.



  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 10 1/2 ounces dulce de leche
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1.7 ounces strawberries for garnishing

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Blend water, powdered milk, butter, eggs and sugar in a blender.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add the flour and baking powder.
  3. Pour into a rectangular pan and bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 30 minutes. Allow it to cool.
  4. Cut the cake into squares, pour the dulce de leche, sprinkle icing sugar, garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
