Puff Pastry Crown recipe
2 pie buns/puff pastry
100 grams raw ham
150 grams danbo cheese
1 German sausage
1 beaten egg
Let's get Cooking...
Link the two buns with some water.
Place one layer of raw ham and on top one of cheese.
Cut the sausage in 4 pieces and place it over the dough forming a line.
Close. Cut some "teeth" using a knife, try no to cut all the dough, just a piece.
Close the crown.
Brush with egg.
Cook in the oven at 350° for 25 minutes.
