Puff Pastry Crown recipe



  • 2 pie buns/puff pastry
  • 100 grams raw ham
  • 150 grams danbo cheese
  • 1 German sausage
  • 1 beaten egg

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Link the two buns with some water.
  2. Place one layer of raw ham and on top one of cheese.
  3. Cut the sausage in 4 pieces and place it over the dough forming a line.
  4. Close. Cut some "teeth" using a knife, try no to cut all the dough, just a piece.
  5. Close the crown.
  6. Brush with egg.
  7. Cook in the oven at 350° for 25 minutes.
