Coleslaw and ramen make for an unlikely delicious duo.
1/2 cabbage chopped
4 green onions, chopped lengthwise and placed in cold water
6-7 radishes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 cup white sesame seeds, toasted
1 package ramen noodles, save seasoning for dressing
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon sriracha
Splash of pickled ginger juice
Let's get Cooking...
Crush the ramen in it's package and then open it and remove the flavour packet. Save it for the dressing.
Toss all salad ingredients together excluding the ramen until just before serving. In a separate
Bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients and pour over the salad and toss. Mix in the ramen
