Forget tuna melts, taiyaki stuffed with cheese and sea bream is where it's at.
150 grams pancake mix
85 milliliters milk
50 grams sea bream
50 grams shredded cheese
30 grams miso
40 grams mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon chili bean paste
5 centimeters stalk of green onion, chopped
Let's get Cooking...
Chop sea bream into small pieces.
Combine ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the egg and milk and mix well. Add in the pancake mix and mix until combined. Put the batter into a squeeze bottle.
Grease your frying pan with a little oil and heat until hot. Draw a sea bream with your batter right on top of your frying pan. Once the batter is dry, fill in the spaces with more batter and cook until small bubbles start to appear.
Top with chopped seam bream, sauce and shredded cheese. Then pour on more batter to cover.
