How to make Rondelli.



  • 1 17 1/2 ounces lasagna dough
  • 7 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 7 ounces ham
  • 1 1/3 cups cream (25 percent fat content)
  • Fresh rosemary
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Layer the slices of cheese and ham over the lasagna dough.
  2. Roll the dough tightly
  3. Cut 4 inch slices from the rolled dough.
  4. Place the slices side by side in a pan.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cream, the rosemary, the garlic, the nutmeg and season with salt.
  6. Pour the sauce over the rondellis. Grate the parmesan cheese over everything and cover with aluminium paper.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 356 degrees.
  8. Remove from the oven, remove the aluminium and place the pan back in the oven. Bake until gratined.
