Salmon Croquette recipe
1 onion, diced
14 ounces of diced salmon
1 pimenta-dedo-de-moça (Brazilian red chili pepper)
1 slice of bread crumbed
1/2 bunch of parsley
2 tablespoons flour
Oil for frying

Sauté onion, garlic and salmon. Season with salt and pepper finger girl. Allow it to cool a little.
