Salmon Croquette recipe



  • 1 onion, diced
  • 14 ounces of diced salmon
  • Salt
  • 1 pimenta-dedo-de-moça (Brazilian red chili pepper)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of bread crumbed
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Bread flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Olive oil

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Sauté onion, garlic and salmon. Season with salt and pepper finger girl. Allow it to cool a little.
  2. Add the egg, crumbled bread and parsley and mix well. If necessary, add 2 tablespoons of flour to strengthen the dough. Cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Shape the croquettes.
  4. Coat with the bread flour and fry until golden brown.
