Salmon Fast Ceviche


Salmon Fast Ceviche recipe



  • 500 grams pink salmon
  • 1 purple onion cut in thin strips
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 chopped chilli
  • 1/2 cup of sautéed corn
  • 1 potato cut in small dices.
  • Coriander

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cut the potato in small cubes and boil until they are soft. In a hot pan sauté the corn. Reserve.
  2. Cut the purple onion into thin strips and place them in a bowl with lemon juice.
  3. Add the diced salmon, the chopped chilli and coriander. Mix.
  4. Serve with corn, potatoes and fresh lettuce leaves.
