Salmon Fast Ceviche
Salmon Fast Ceviche recipe
500 grams pink salmon
1 purple onion cut in thin strips
1 cup of lemon juice
1 chopped chilli
1/2 cup of sautéed corn
1 potato cut in small dices.

Cut the potato in small cubes and boil until they are soft. In a hot pan sauté the corn. Reserve.
Cut the purple onion into thin strips and place them in a bowl with lemon juice.
Add the diced salmon, the chopped chilli and coriander. Mix.
Serve with corn, potatoes and fresh lettuce leaves.
