Savory Corn Tart recipe
1 pie crust
1 can of corn or shredded normal corn
1 can of creamed corn
30 grams of butter
2 chopped leeks
1 chopped small onion
1 tablespoon of 0000 flour
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1 pinch of paprika
Salt and pepper, necessary amount
Let's get Cooking...
Cover the tart mold with the dough.
For the filling sauté the chopped onion in a generous splash of olive oil.
Sprinkle with flour, stir until it looks cooked, then add the warm milk, keep stirring until a white sauce is obtained.
Add the two cans of corn, the spices, and let the mixture cook for some minutes, and then fill the pie crust with the mixture.
Serve while hot.
