Savory Sausage Pudding: Toad in the Hole
How to make Savory Sausage Pudding
4 hot dogs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
150 grams flour
250 milliliters milk
1 onion, thinly sliced
100 grams frozen peas
100 milliliters steak sauce
10 grams butter
Salt to taste

Grease an oven-safe casserole dish with oil and warm for 10 minutes at 220 degrees C.
Combine flour, eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Pour this mixture into the hot casserole dish and place sausages on top. Bake for another 20 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
Saute sliced onions with some butter over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the peas, steak sauce and salt to taste. Once it comes to a boil, turn off heat.
Cut into individual servings and enjoy with the sauce.
