How to make Stuffed Puff Pastry Pizza.
3 slices puff pastry
100 g pizza sauce
100 g shredded cheese

Cut out puff pastry into a circle and lightly roll out.
Spread with pizza sauce, shredded cheese and basil.
Place another puff pastry on top and top with more pizza sauce, shredded cheese and basil. Top with the last slice of puff pastry.
Gently flatten the pie with hands.
Make 12 slits leaving the center intact and twist each piece to create a decorative effect.
Brush with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Take it out and crack an egg in the center. Bake for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees C.
