Thai-Style Crab Curry

Fresh blue crab and a creamy sauce intersect in a dish that makes all your curry-flavored dreams come true.

  • 200 grams blue crab
  • 1/2 celery, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Cooked rice
  • Coriander
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon potato starch
  • 100 milliliters milk

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Cook garlic and crab with some oil in a frying pan. Cook the crab on both sides until it has changed color.
  2. Add celery, onion and green onions and saute to combine. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in all the ingredients for the sauce and cook until sauce has thickened. Add in beaten egg and cook until egg is done.
  4. Pour sauce onto a plate. Then top with cooked rice. Garnish with coriander and cooked crab.
