Tomato Chili Con Carne

Ingredients

  • 40 cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g kidney beans
  • 150 g ground beef
  • 1/3 carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 5 g powdered bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 60 g shredded cheese
  • tortilla chips
  • dried parsley

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Chop carrot, onion and garlic.
  2. In a heat-proof casserole dish, combine all ingredients from (A) and mix well. Arrange cherry tomatoes on top.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and mix well. Sprinkle dried parsley on top and enjoy with tortilla chips.
