Tujin Peanut


Tujin Peanut is a seasoned nut that has a savory taste and salty flavor with a smell of celery. Can be served during Eid at the feast, can also be made as a healthy daily snack. Very easy to create and of course your family would love it. Good luck!



  • 300 grams peeled peanuts
  • 9 cloves of garlic
  • 5 cloves of shallot
  • 2 stalks of celery leaf, finely chopped
  • The oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Blend shallot, garlic and little bit oil.
  2. Mix the peeled peanut with ground spices, Add salt and mix well. Set aside for one hour.
  3. Heat oil, then fry the peanut until half cooked and then add celery.
  4. Fry until brownish yellow. Remove and drain the oil, give a little pepper and salt then stir well.
  5. Let it cool and put into a jar and seal tightly.
