Wrapped Pork Sausage


Skip the sandwich and choose this savory pastry stuffed with yummy sausage.



  • 1 Pork sausage
  • 1 Empanada wrapper (can use puff pastry or similar)
  • 1 grilled pepper
  • 100 grams cheese
  • Chimichurri sauce (chopped parsley, minced garlic, vegetable oil, oregano, white vinegar)
  • 2 spoons of mustard
  • Pepper

Let's get Cooking...

  1. Roast the pork sausages for 15 minutes on each side and let cool.
  2. Open the pork sausage in half and add the chimichurri, a cheese strip, roasted pepper
  3. Wrap the pork sausage filled with empanada dough and brush with mustard.
  4. Cook on each side until the dough is brown.
